Delivery
Delivery is free within the United Kingdom only – if you require goods delivered outside the UK contact me for details of delivery costs. Goods are dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of order.
Your goods will normally be delivered within 3 working days.
Refunds
We will happily refund any purchase price within fourteen days from receipt of your item to goods received back in showroom condition, with a valid receipt and with all labels attached.
Please note sticks made or shortened to your own specification are non returnable. By pre ordering such an item you agree to this condition.
Returns and any postage costs incurred are the full responsibility of the buyer and not Espley Walking Sticks unless the item is faulty.
